How does shipping work?

While ordering flooring online and receiving it at your home or business may seem daunting, we’ve taken steps to ensure that the process is as easy as possible.

After you place your order, our warehouse personnel will safely and securely package your order with durable materials and prepare it for pickup. Once picked up at our warehouse, the carrier will generate a tracking number that will be emailed to you. You’ll receive a phone call from the carrier 24 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment that works for you. They usually provide a 4-hour delivery window.

Don’t need your floor right away? Let us know at the time of the order and we can hold your floors until you’re ready for them.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • A curbside freight delivery means a much larger truck than you’re probably used to seeing. Let us know ahead of time if you think your property might be difficult for such a large vehicle to access
  • The driver will remove the pallets from the truck but is not required to bring anything inside for you so remember to have help on the day of the delivery
  • In the rare event that your shipment is damaged during transit, please note the damage when signing for the delivery and contact us at support@flooret.com so that we can resolve the issue immediately
