How do I get ready for my freight order?

Once your order is scheduled for pick-up by the freight carrier, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Track your order here.

Before your order is delivered to the shipping address listed in your order details, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a drop-off appointment. Your floors will be arriving in a semi-truck.

Note: Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Typically, curbside delivery means that the driver will leave your shipment at the end of the driveway or on the curb. The customer is responsible for breaking down and moving the boxes off of the pallet. You may want to have help available when your shipment arrives to make moving your boxes as easy as possible.

Before you sign for the delivery, inspect the boxes for damage, note it with the driver, and send pictures of any damage to support@flooret.com. Do not refuse the delivery unless there is extreme damage to the entire shipment. Damage doesn't happen often, but if it does occur, we will absolutely make sure that you have the flooring you need to complete your project.

There are written instructions inside the boxes. Please read them carefully.
