How do holds work?

We offer unlimited holds (within reason) so you can reserve your floors now and get them when you need them.

Ready to place your order but not quite ready for your flooring to arrive? Request a hold when you order your floors and get them right when you need them.

If you know when you want your flooring delivered, let us know when you place your order. We'll make a note and get your floors to you on or around that date. If your date changes, that's okay - let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Don't have a date yet? No problem! Just give us a heads up when you do get a date. If possible, giving us 3 months+ notice is ideal so we can make sure your flooring is in stock when you need it. If that's not possible, we'll do our best to accommodate your order.

To request a hold on your order, either let us know over the phone or leave a note when you place your order. Orders on in-stock products without a hold typically ship within 4-12 business days.
